An interesting Russian article came across my path today. The heading was “The Anti-Catholic Campaigns”.

Sum up the article in the fact that Russia believes some religions are growing too fast (Jehovah Witness and Mormons) and they don’t like the Catholic church….so they are putting some restrictions on religions. Russia didn’t have religious freedom till 1990, so you couldn’t register your church with Russia until then, and the new law they passed has something to do with you have to wait 15 years until after registering to hold services. (or something like that) Anyhow…this article states

In fact, it is the Roman Catholic Church that seems to attract the most negative attitudes (more often than not bordering on sheer hatred) both from the Russian Orthodox Church and various xenophobic groups.

I think that’s pretty interesting stuff… “bordering on sheer hatred

Just like Bro Branham said in the last quote I posted here “It’s a tool in the hand of God to bring revenge upon the earth for the blood of the saints

I wonder if this article demonstrates how possible this prophecy may be. God is at work I believe, setting things in order for those things which must be fulfilled, to be fulfilled.

There’s that red dragon, the devil. Where’s his seat at? In… Not in Russia; in Rome. And said, “The devil give him his seat and his authority, red dragon,” not Russia.

I hear great ministers saying, “The Russian is the antichrist.” Why, the Russian has nothing to do with the antichrist. That’s communism. The faltry of Protestantism and Catholicism has produced communism. The reason the Russians drove them out of there, because they had all the money, and had all the prayers said to them saints, so they built the biggest buildings, and had all the wealth of the people, and bundled it up like that. And they seen they lived no different, and was no different from any of the rest of the world, and they spued it out and formed communism.

Now, if you’ll give me one more night, if God does, I’ll prove to you that communism is working straight in the hands of Almighty God to destroy the Roman… And remember, I say this as God’s prophet: The Russian empire will drop an atomic bomb of some sort on the Vatican City and destroy it in one hour. THUS SAITH THE LORD. And the Bible said that God took them cruel-hearted men and put them in His hands, and they were instruments in His hands to fulfill His will, and to bring back to her exactly what she had coming to her. That’s exactly. That’s the Word.

Going to Sunday school one morning, I was caught away in a vision. And I said, “Now…” Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, I said, “Now, there’s going to be three great isms. Which is now in existence. One of them is in Rome, which is–is Fascism, and one of them is in Germany which is Nazi–Nazism. And the other one is in Russia, which is communism.” I said, “Those three great isms is the unclean spirits that went out of the mouth of the false prophet, and the dragons, and so forth that will unite themselves together, speaking things that they should not, and they’ll all beat at one another, until they’ll finally wind up in one ism. And I predict that that will be communism. And communism will burn the Vatican city.

So I didn’t do it, but I got to go all through the Vatican. Why, you couldn’t buy it with a hundred billion billion dollars. Why, you… And just think, “The wealth of the world,” the Bible said, “was found in her.” All… Just think of the great places, the billions times… Why did Communism raise up over here in Russia? It just makes me sick at my stomach to hear so many preachers hollering about Communism, and they don’t even know what they’re crowing about. That’s right. Communism ain’t nothing. It’s a tool in the hand of God to bring revenge upon the earth for the blood of the saints that… That’s right

I’m not usually one to talk about current events in light of how they may or may not fulfill prophecy…but this one came across my path through a technical correspondence actually, and so I thought maybe the Lord’s hand is at work here. It interested me, so here it is.

God Bless,

-Bro Trevor

As much as I talk about Unity – we have to have a unity section! It just wouldn’t be right without it. I’ve been finding / hearing so many quotes on unity lately – it’s really been a blessing.

I read these two scriptures today that I thought went along with my topic in Tucson two weekends ago so perfectly that I wanted to share it with you brothers.

“He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.” -Proverbs 17:9

“A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city: and their contentions are like the bars of a castle.” -Proverbs 18:19

That’s pretty powerful to think about! David (a warrior from his youth) likened an offended brother harder to win back than an entire strong city!

Paul said; “Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.” -I CORINTHIANS 8:13

James said it like this; “For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. ” -JAMES 3:2

So many times we speak before we think or pray about it, and wind up losing a brother or sister by our words – which we may have meant nothing wrong by, but our attitude or timing made it come out in a way that scars that brother or sister more than we may realize. Then ten years down the road they’ve built up such a complex over that one thing (letting it eat at them and letting other things build up on top of it) that winning them back is practically impossible without the Lord changing their heart.

It’s sad how often we see things like this around the message, and us ministers (especially the pastors with their own sheep) need to go (in some way) to the brothers and sisters in our churches and keep these things from hindering the church and the Bride universal. Sisters mad at sisters over something that happened five years ago – brothers mad at brothers for something that may have just been a rumor or a feeling but turned into a complex.

I don’t mean go up and tell these brothers and sisters they ‘HAVE’ to make things right with one another – but let’s do something! Whether it’s speaking a kind word about the other person – or preaching things like this from the pulpit – or seeing if the ones with differences will sit down and talk it over with you present and in a Christian attitude…

The ball’s got to start rolling somewhere – let the work begin in us Lord! Let’s follow His leading. Where He leads me I will follow.

God bless you my brothers,

-Brother Nathan

You don’t tell people everything like that. You… There’s things happening you just don’t tell them. It’s not necessary to tell them. I just tell people things that I think’s going to help them, when the Lord presses me to tell them, say, “Say this.” You wouldn’t want to tell everything you seen, because that wouldn’t be right (You see?); you just… Of course, you’d get in trouble and everything else like that. You have to know how to handle those things by the Spirit of the Lord.
I’ve had people stand before me and ask me questions, I know exactly, but I wouldn’t tell them, because I just felt constrained not to do it. You remember, I believe was last Wednesday night I preached on “A Prisoner”? See? See, you want to tell that person, but Something says, “Don’t do it.” The Spirit said, “Don’t do it. Don’t do it.” Yet a gift is looking right at it. See? “Don’t do it. Don’t do it.” See, so you better not do it; then you’re in trouble with God.

My soul thirsts for God

PSALM 42:1
1 ¶ To the chief Musician, Maschil, for the sons of Korah. As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
2 My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
3 My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?

Bro Branham said “this must have been a time of despair when David wrote this”.I think I’ve been in this position before. I think verse 3 is very striking. I don’t know who “they” is…but I can’t believe I’m the only one the devil tries to tell that there is no God, (ie “where is thy God”, “prove Him to me”) etc…

I thought it comforting that David went through the same type of thing.

My soul also thirsts for more of God…this is the cry on every true Christians heart I believe. Give me more of the One I love. Let me know Him better, let me commune closer with Him.

We get so caught up in our 5 senses that our 6th sense many times just doesn’t seem as real. I want to strengthen my 6th sense… If you don’t use your eyes much, I’m sure they’d get weak. If you stop up your ears or nose, they may not be as keen later…this is much the same as our Faith. When we don’t use it…it gets weak.

Thirsting For God,

-Bro Trevor

In the Beginning…

Greetings my Brothers!

Bro Trevor and I have been corresponding via email and chat for literally years… (Shooting quotes and encouragement back and forth across the world wide web). Lately however; several of you other brothers have started joining our conversations and I thought instead of emails flying back and forth this would be an easier way to keep up with everyone and to look back on previous conversations down the road.

I trust this will be a blessing and encouragement to all of us, and that we’ll use it to encourage one another, and stengthen each other in the gospel. I pray it will never be used as a vent for doctrinal arguing / etc as we see so many of our peers doing in this day and age.

“Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; ” -PHILIPPIANS 1:27

May God bless you richly,

-Brother Nathan Bryant
