Some 2,000 years ago an innocent Lamb, Who had been slain before the foundation of the world, submitted Himself to take our shame and reproach, burying our sins in the sea of forgetfulness, purchasing our salvation with His Blood, and our healing by His stripes.
O, what a Saviour!
It’s Friday, but Sunday’s coming!
“But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”
~ Philippians 2:7-8
“They hated Him because they were jealous of Him. That’s the only reason. They were jealous. They were trying to destroy His influence before the people, the same as they’re doing now. They, if they can just in-… destroy the influence of the Message before the people, then they’ve got the thing whipped.”
~ Rev. William Marrion Branham (62-0601)
Brother Branham made this statement in 1962, but these words are sadly true again today.
He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
~ Psalm 105:14-15
