But I’m sealed!!

“Praise God! I have the Holy Ghost! I’m sealed until the day of my redemption! The fare is paid!! I’m going there!!” How we rejoice when we know that we have been filled with God’s Holy Spirit. Rightly so we rejoice! It is no small matter to be filled with the Spirit of God. It shows God has accepted the faith you have put in him, and given you a token of that acceptance. But it doesn’t end there…

Not only is the Holy Spirit our seal, but it’s God’s life in us. How many times have we heard Bro Branham say, “if I had the spirit of John Dillinger, you’d expect me to have big guns and kill people” and then he would conclude “so if I have the Spirit of Christ, I’d do the works that Christ did” This is also what the Holy Spirit will do. It will be God’s Spirit, living out through your life doing the works that Christ did. Consider the following quote:

250-2 SARDISEAN.CHURCH.AGE – CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.7
Again: the Scripture says that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power and He went about doing good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil. As Jesus went away He told His disciples to tarry until Pentecost at which time the very same Spirit that was upon Him would come back and fall upon them and fill them. Then that ‘called out’ body (the church) would be in His stead upon the earth, taking His place. And because that same Spirit That was in Him would be in them, they would do the very same works. And any people that is truly the Body of Jesus Christ (the true church) will manifest the same works as did Jesus and the Pentecostal church because the same Spirit will be in them. Any other church that does not have the Spirit and the manifestations is going to have to account to God.

What did Jesus do after he was filled with The Holy Ghost and power. He went about doing good! Notice what he says “Then that ‘called out’ body (the church) would be in His stead upon the earth, taking His place.” What? Take the place of Christ!! I would never do such a thing!! Isn’t that anti-christ!! No man is worthy to take the place of Christ! Correct, No one man is worthy to take the place of Christ. The body of Christ however is Christ in His believers!! All believers. If you are a believer, you are a part of the works of Christ today.

You are not called to sit and be sealed only. You are called to be a part of the manifestation of the works of Jesus Christ today. There’s a warning her that he gives us. “any other church that does not have the Spirit AND the manifestations is going to have to account to God.”

So if you believe you are filled with the Holy Spirit, look for the manifestations of Christ to prove that faith in your life. Just remember the words of Jesus “Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.” (Matt 5:15) When Jesus fills you with the Holy Ghost, he wants to use you to give light to “all that are in the house”

You’re sealed into His heavenly kingdom…now go be a light to others.
